Last Updated: January 20, 2026
By using LemonHost you agree to all terms below. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Accessing or using LemonHost services constitutes acceptance of this agreement.
2. Service Description
LemonHost provides free Discord bot hosting including compute resources, process management, monitoring, and basic support.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all actions under your account. You may not register or maintain more than one account with the same first and last name. Duplicate accounts with identical first and last names are strictly prohibited.
4. Acceptable Use
Prohibited uses include: illegal activity, malware, spam, resource abuse, crypto mining, unauthorized access attempts, violating Discord ToS, and intellectual property infringement.
- No cryptocurrency mining or non-bot batch compute workloads.
- No token theft, credential harvesting, or exploit distribution.
- No excessive automated message flooding or platform manipulation.
5. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages and maintenance may occur.
6. Resource Limits
Free tier allocations (e.g., RAM, storage) must be respected. Sustained excessive usage may trigger throttling or suspension.
7. Payments
Currently the service tier offered is free; any future paid tiers will include separate billing terms.
8. Data & Ownership
You retain ownership of your bot source and data. Operational logs and anonymized metrics may be used internally to improve service.
9. Service Modifications
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice. Material changes will be announced.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or at our discretion. Upon termination, runtime environments are decommissioned and data may be deleted.
11. Abuse Monitoring, Automated Analysis & Investigative Access
To maintain platform security, service stability, and fair resource usage, LemonHost reserves the right to monitor, analyze, and investigate activity on its systems.
We may use automated systems, including heuristic, pattern-based, and AI-assisted analysis, to detect, flag, and assess potential violations of these Terms, the Fair Use Policy, or applicable laws. These systems may review runtime behavior, resource usage patterns, operational logs, and file system contents where relevant.
In cases of suspected or detected abuse, LemonHost may inspect and access:
- Running processes and container-level activity
- CPU, memory, storage, and network usage metrics
- Startup logs, crash traces, and other non-sensitive operational logs
- Files, binaries, scripts, and related artifacts reasonably necessary to verify compliance, investigate violations, or mitigate risk
Such access may be automated or manual and is performed solely for security, abuse prevention, policy enforcement, and service integrity purposes.
LemonHost does not access user data or source code for unrelated purposes, and does not review or analyze content beyond what is reasonably required to identify, confirm, or prevent violations.
Failure to cooperate with a legitimate abuse investigation, or attempts to obstruct monitoring or enforcement mechanisms, may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of service.
12. Limitation of Liability
Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability cap is limited to amounts paid (if any) in the prior 12 months.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify LemonHost against claims arising from your use or violation of these terms.
14. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be handled via binding arbitration; class action participation is waived.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
